Sizing Tips:
These are 21 inches from heel to toe with at least 19-inch top stretch, making them very comfortable knee highs even on tall, curvy legs, and probably just over-the-knee on smaller folks.
The feet are a good general medium size, women's size 7-11... Although our resident Size Six thinks they'll fit her perfectly after washing and drying them on high heat, and our resident Size Eleven finds them roomy enough that larger feet might be happy in these, too.
