This is a great basic crinoline petticoat that can be worn under a skirt, over jeans, or alone with any of our socks, thigh highs or tights. Leg Avenue label.

Fiber Content:
100% nylon. Two layers. They will soften a bit and hang better after washing.
Sizing Tips:
Twelve inches long. One size: should fit small through large to about 45 inches at the waist. On large hips, the ruffles will flair out to look more like a tutu. A customer offers us this solution... "This might help those of us with larger hips: Perhaps sew a veil weight (or any small heavy item which could be sewn into place) to each side - it should be heavy enough to pull the fabric down, but light and small enough to not be annoying."
